Yeah GCASH could be used as a third party platform for Coins and 'someone's bank account.' Since I think in coins.ph they have a rule that you need to submit your cashout by 10 am in the morning and then you'll get it by 6pm the same day(not much familiar with this cashout but this was it is the last time I did this).
