- Change SHA256 to any algorithm which ASIC isn't exist
- A Programmatic Proof-of-Work for Ethash


The rich would buy all CPU/GPU to the point where it's price rise 2-3 times, which already happen few years ago.

PC enthusiasm and home miners couldn't afford to buy CPU/GPU that they need at that time, so it's pretty much goal which can't be achieved.
