Re: One of the founders of Slate entertainment group is a fraud

To Our Valued SLX Community,

We have drafted this response in order to make clear that the claims made in thread are categorically false. Accordingly, in October of 2018, our law firm, Miller Thomson LLP, issued a Cease and Desist letter to the individual responsible for these defamatory statements. Consequently, there have been no further posts.

Additionally, we contacted Bitcointalk.org to request they remove this spurious post on the basis it is both libelous and in contravention of their established Standard of Conduct. Unfortunately, we have yet to receive a reply.

Slate is built on transparency, accountability and integrity precisely why we chose to operate on the blockchain - and we will not tolerate any statements, allegations or communications which remotely call into question these founding principles.

There are a number of false and poor quality accusations that make it harder for people to distinguish facts from fiction.

What happened::
I saw escrow.ms's lolipop thread 4 days ago and placed a order for 1000 lolipops. After I sent him payment, he just went offline and never came back. I think he's a big liar and a scam artist. Stay away from him.

Some Tips

Search about the scammer first, use google to search for his/her details, other forum profiles, past scam reports and link to them in your scam report.
Always try to provide chat/PM logs as a screenshot if it's possible.
Use sites like https://imgur.com to upload images and https://pastebin.com or http://pastie.org for text based chat logs, although these may not be treated as good proof due to possible fakes.
Make sure to provide as much as info you have, like the payment address, instant messenger ID's, etc.
Make sure to leave negative feedback on the scammers profile and add your scam report as a reference link.

Use escrow and be safe.
