You are a very good miner if you get in today's market and the capacity to profit from mining. Yes your idea is a very good way of earning but few of us will be able to bring this method to life. This is due to the fact that electricity is very expensive and there are huge corporations who have very powerful equipment. So personally, I can't recoup my investment.
