I only found out about it now. It seems to me not only Binance should provide at least some compensation to deceived users. Amazon is also very much to blame. After all, because of them there was a problem with the withdrawal of funds. So let's expect news from Amazon. 
On the one hand, in order for the resource to remain authoritative and attract more new users, Binance needs to do exactly what you are talking about. But speaking of fairness, its very difficult for most companies to admit their guilt and I think that will happen with Amazon as well.
