If I am to reframe your question, it would be will there be adoption/ because there is not  going to be bull without adoption, and adoption is what creates the hype that makes these coins grow in value.

In the year 2017, there was a concentration of attraction of people to the ICO market, and many people from various part of the country all came together for a period of time to but the investment, as they were depositing money from different angles, the market cap kept increasing until it reaches its peak where someone with big amount of money took the bold step to first crash the price, so we could not sustain it because the store of value factor was the only thing that raised the value then and not the utility, so we need adoption more now for us to see any bull run.
