Meaning: -Stop deceiving and lying to investors, bounty participants and community members!

-When you realise the project you are involved in, is lying to and deceiving investors and the community, then disassociate yourselves from that project and warn the victims! Colluding with scammers in there deception to pretend and further deceive the community into believing that you are not involved with them, does not count! It just makes you look more shady.
