Still got the red circle trying to use the site so I guess you guys are right,,, it is definitely my connection it seems. I do not think it is the speed however,,, because I can access other sites quite fine. A minor delay of 2 second maybe from the start but once server connects I can use most sites at equal speed.
I've been checking bitdice everytime and haven't seen that there's a red circle whenever I access the site. There's also a number of online people on a green font so it must be really your internet connection.Reset your modem and check it back again.
for me the site work 24/7 fine.

7 bets/sec must be a good one instead of 2-3 bets/sec. At least it is still faster than mine but as long as it is hit the desire number, it just does not matter much.
Anyway for the new server is it means that many new players join the site? Or it is just some routine maintenance just to refresh the bet rolls instead? Because I do not see that you guys should add new server here actually. The bets seems to be find for me
