The orders of top-200 members each month, in July for example, look arbitrarily. I don't know which criteria you used to sort the list, it is neither descending nor ascending. Not sure I was sorted out in 23th rank in the list

Maybe I don't catch your sort ideas, but I think you should choose to sort out based on total earned merits, or a combination of total earned merits, total sent-merits, ie.
I just thought about awards for people of months, like in football, we have Player of the month, Player of the year.
Awards can be considered as one merit for most merited-user of the month, 10 merits for most-merited users of the year.
