I don't think these currencies have hundreds of times the volume of transactions or oders, so when there is a buy or sell order, the value of it can increase hundreds of times.
However, there are some coins that can leap and have fairly stable trading volumes, but you cannot choose for yourself a few coins from thousands of types released on the market. This is a joke.
