It might have some negative side but there are also positive sides of it.
One is the fast response of an AI for every questions that are just being repeated by customers. Add the accurate answers for it could just be recorded.
Rather than letting a human do it which could just end up stressing the them.
That is one more point with AI's. It doesnt have emotions and will just keep on doing into how it was programmed.
