I agree Gold is more stable than Crypto based on the value, every year's price of Gold always increased and then Gold comes earlier than crypto.
The biggest difference between Gold and Crypto is gold has a physical form and then crypto is not...
Crypto value very fluctuates but you can gain an opportunity to get rich quick by taking advantages of its fluctuates of the value

So, Crypto or Gold?

You can still earn money from crypto and then after you earn much money from crypto you can buy Gold for your saving
