I have had the most unfortunate and unpleasant experience with bitcasino.io.
I registered a new account, made quite a few deposits and upon requesting a cashout, my account was just disabled and no evidence provided but they claimed I had another account but I do not.
I use VPN sometimes for Netflix etc but I had sent through my ID and selfie for verification purposes but they just took my deposits,confiscated my winnings and that was it!
Can someone plz advise me if there is anything I can do as I am really tired of losing money to fraudulent casinos.

Shortly, you'll be in contact with someone who goes by 'game-protect'.
Do not send them any money or personal information - no matter what they say.
They will try to convince you to send them 5% of whatever you claim is owed by bitcasino.io . It's a scam. A 100%, without a doubt, scam.
Feel free to fuck with them and waste their time though.
