I have had the most unfortunate and unpleasant experience with bitcasino.io.
I registered a new account, made quite a few deposits and upon requesting a cashout, my account was just disabled and no evidence provided but they claimed I had another account but I do not.
I use VPN sometimes for Netflix etc but I had sent through my ID and selfie for verification purposes but they just took my deposits,confiscated my winnings and that was it!
Can someone plz advise me if there is anything I can do as I am really tired of losing money to fraudulent casinos.

Can you kindly advise on any forums or dispute resolution sites that I could contact to assist me with a prompt resolution.
I will not stand for this. We work hard for our money and for someone to steal from us in this manner is very sad.
I have contacted LCB but they just said that they are a forum and not a regulating authority and cannot assist me if the casino refuses to pay.
I would like this casino to be blacklisted somehow as CURACAO licensing has hardly assisted players with problems experienced with some of their members.
Any advice would be appreciated

I have been in talks with our fraud team and they got back to me with this:
"We have found the user to have registered around
100 accounts since early 2019, depositing with ETH and claiming the first and second deposit bonuses and the then offered freespins. As these bonuses and promotions are once per user by our terms and conditions, any withdrawals from alternative accounts were halted. On early accounts
withdrawals were returned but as the
user persisted and after multiple warnings no more deposits were refunded.
After that the user began to claim self exclusion due to gambling problem, attempting to bypass our withdrawal fraud checks through responsible gaming. When this did not work the user opened a complaint on AskGamblers and our licence provider, both which were settled by providing evidence of the breach.
The user then began posting complaints on our thread in the LCB forum from multiple accounts, to what our fraud team again provided sufficient evidence of fraud to the forum moderators to settle the complaints.
