Craptopia used to provide Litecoin and Dogecoin base pairs.  One of very places to do so.  There's an opportunity, especially for a less centralized exchange, to grab those disaffected users with ltc and doge base pairs.

Not sure if you're still open to making more base pairs, but I loved swing trading litecoin in particular directly against other alts.  Would love to be able to again.
