He's demonstrated some pretty scammy behavior: He tried to borrow from shasan using two accounts, posting requests within 25 minutes of each other. Then, after being called out and having his alt linked to this attempted scam he got busy deleting all his loan requests. I can only assume he's trying to hide evidence of his shady actions.

When you will send repayment why you will send collateral. You should give collateral while taking loan. And collateral will be refund to you when you will repay the loan.
