I do believe that bitcoin has started reacting to halving issues and that is why we are having the current upwards movement. The is no technical issues why bitcoin is growing outside halving. The Facebook coin may not be launch in 2020 and we just need to keep it aside first because of the regulating issues.* Halving is on its way 2020
