We have the same problem, withdrawals and trading was prohibited all of a sudden in my account but all I did was to verify my identity and after a few hours, my account is up and running again with no problem encountered in withdrawals and trading.

Unfortunately, even if you post a message there, they will not answer back as the account used to create that thread is not as active as they we're before.

Much better if you can send them a message in Twitter
