#1 has been mining for weeks now and it's always blinking green like that. I think you got it the other way around. Miner #2 (red and green blinking) hasnt been producing nothing.
Green/Red fast blinking is definitely mining. Green flashing is definitely disconnected.
I could see this happening if you didn't modify the hostname on at least one of the miners.
