Well, there are so much competition out there that it gets more and more difficult to run a online casino without the competitors creating "newbie" posts to post false accusations against your establishment.
It is even more difficult to distinguish between legitimate complaints and real problems, because people are hiding behind anonymous accounts and fake ID's to do this.
The gambling site also needs to hide their tactics to expose these scammers, because that information might be used to bypass those tactics.
