How can you make sure that the user is an 18 year old? A KYC I guess? If you are doing KYC or just giving personal information without sending ID then I think this is not a good idea.

Most crypto casinos have this in their terms and conditions that you must be above 18 (and legal age of the country you live in) to play and when you sign up, you are agreeing to their terms and conditions, hence, if they find out later that you are under 18, they will have to ban you, but until they find it out, the responsibility of following the terms and conditions falls on the players and the casinos won't take the blame for it.
