Honestly, do you really have 50-100 different coins worth keeping on your Ledger? I don't know anyone that does.
I'm sure there are a lot of people who own multiple altcoins and would like to be able to view their portfolios in full, using a hardware device. I have to agree with OP's frustration here, though I'm not casting aspersions on the Ledger S--it is what it is. Personally, I don't own that many altcoins but it would be nice to be able to view more than four at once. If the Ledger X has that capability (I don't own one), it's an improvement.
I have arrived up to 10 apps, still no difficulty.
Nice. That would be more than enough for me, and I probably should have bought a Nano X instead of the Nano S. It was my first hardware wallet and I didn't do enough research before making the purchase, just like when I bought the useless Keepkey. Oh well. They aren't
that expensive, but I just don't own enough crypto to justify it.
