Bitcoin is also a type of currency (money) and you can't expect people to just give out money to a complete stranger especially a newbie whose first post on the forum is about begging for donations. If you have proof to backup your claim then you might find people who are willing to donate but until then don't expect to get anything.
Begging is even against the forum rules so you can see how a newbie whose first post is against the forum rules isn't helping you.
