I have participated in the Minter airdrop campaign at the very beginning of their startup. Approximately a year ago. That time they have been giving 1100 BIP for registration and KYC. I got it in my wallet. Now it equals for around 120$. So, looks like normal guys, don't them? BIP is already at the exchange platform: https://bip.dev/
Ok, did they launch it here on Bitcointalk or do they have an official profile here / Bitcointalk ANN? Looks like it's a legit project but I'm a bit confused why are they using cartoons on their website? 
On ICOBench and ICOHolder they are using real pictures...
Up to my view, no matter they using cartoons, it is just visuals.
They are all real ppl, attend events, have office you can meet them face to face if you really wish
I've also checked it and there's a proof that its real people working on the project, I'm surprised that there is a thread here in this section about Minter, I prefer to promote this project because I believe in what they are bringing to the table, I also been part of project that has an accusations on this section although plain accusations but they are doing good in their roadmap but not in the market.
