Absolutely nobody is going to accept PayPal funds from a new member, since no escrow would dare touch PP and risk getting burned with a chargeback.
Whether you send as friends & family or goods & services doesn't matter, initiating a chargeback from your card will automatically dispute the payment.
Funds are sent from PayPal balance. Everyone understands what risks are involved and i expect people to approach this carefully. Thank you for your opinion however if deal is done properly it is possible to minimize risk when exchanging crypto to paypal.
