If the price of bitcoin suddenly increases, it would either create fomo that would make people to start investing because they don’t want to miss out thinking the bull run has started, but I think it has not really been much of effective this year, I mean fomo. There are cases where I have seen bitcoin suddenly increase and I expect that we will have some people who would think that it  is bull run and start investing put of fomo, which usually make the value grow stronger.

As bitcoin price grows, normally, investor were supposed to use the opportunity to invest in ICO because they grow along with it, but also this year, we have seen how many altcoins are dumping heavily and not following the growth of bitcoin at all, so I would not expect any increase in bitcoin to really encourage anyone to put money in ICO now.
