Some people believe the market will crash anytime soon and then slowly the market cap will go up and the REAL bull market will start. In other words what you are seeing now is a false flag!

It took atleast a year before your prediction happens mate because the market from your post till end of December 2018 continues to down deep and until the first quarter of 2019 we experience the lowest prices ..today we can feel the bullrun but not yet enough to recover all the losses weve got for that bear
Bear and Bull both markets are a part of the crypto! But I think this time, we can see a big bull run and then there will have a bear too! The only bull market won't happen ever in the crypto world.
In every bull market theres a bear following for sure but this doesnt mean they will stay longer,its just that in they are both part of the market to tell that it was healthy
