At least in my case the answer is a no, if the price of bitcoin increases suddenly that will encourage me to invest in bitcoin but that is it, investing in an ico implies taking a risk so high that even with the high ROI that you can get by investing in the correct one it is simply not worth it when the majority of icos are scams, however I know that I am a minority since I know that if the price of bitcoin reached a new all time high the greed will overcome the common sense of most investors and they will decide to invest in icos again despite the terrible results we have seen during the last year.
