The project is successful ended but more time telegram silent and their is no update yet about exchange. Many people want answers about exchange but telegram totally silent (why is that) that's means the project will not alive?

He says that the telegram has been abandoned because it has been. There isn't really much other public explanation for what is happening. if the developers would like people to not spread FUD it would be a big help to communicate. If there is no channel for communication between users and developers people are going to continue assuming the worst until they hear otherwise.
