You can add Burger king (Germany), they started accepting bitcoin a couple of days ago (for online delivery).

So, if you chose thier food delivery service you can pay with bitcoin for all the restaurant they have in their system including McDonalds Subway or Domino and a thousand others. If only Ubereats would follow...
^ Nice list OP, when I was checking the site I never know that there are a lot more companies who accept Bitcoin as a payment.
Probably from now on, those fast-food chains will all accept bitcoin as payment because it is very convenient and delivery will fit also in this kind of business.
