And what about Litecoin or Dogecoin? How they differ from Bitcoin? We can´t say that they are scam, even they used same code - it is an open source, so why not?

They don't claim to be something that they are not, i.e. they are not fraudulent. I'm glad I flagged this scam coin on time to prevent more people from getting hurt financially:
