Dogecash is a play on words to mess with dogecoin like bitcoin and bitcoincash.
Since dogecoin is a bitcoin fork, we took ours a different direction going PoS/Masternodes for a more green friendly coin.
There was quite a few things we wanted to do differently than the way dogecoin did, so its not a hard fork like the bitcoin and bitcoincash. There is quite a few inherent differences and majority can be found on our website and our whitepaper.
