It is clear that this does not justify the case of plagiarism, but I think that kirreev070 can be given a second chance.
if it was a single post of plagiarism maybe he can get away with only a temp ban
but he has several plagiarised posts, that means he did it conciously and repeatedly
This doesn't look good indeed. However, kirreev070 doesn't look like the total spammer that turned plagiarism into a big problem, and it looks like he has contributed to this forum too.
I wouldn't be against a 2 year signature ban instead of a permban, but I also wouldn't really mind keeping a very strict policy on plagiarism. I'm glad I don't have to make those decisions.
