Actually I can't update my account settings , like autopayouts , address or donations
And when I try to send an email with the support , another issue said that There's an error

Hi !
You probably need to unlock the fields first.
Look at the button on the bottom with "Unlock". Click on it first, click on the link in the E-Mail you receive and then you can edit the fields.
Same with the Contact Form

I've just checked it with mine, everything went fine.
Did you try to enter a payout address which is already in an other account on the pool probably ? Every address is only allowed once.
If it still does not work, msg me with the address and your username on the pool and I will try it for you
