It is up to you what you do. However please just remember that we accept escrow transactions. If we would disappear on 22nd February we will not get any BTC from that. Only the coins from direct investments.the risk is that he puts makeup on a pig. what if he takes nxt source code but changes a few values and designs an all new graphical font-end. It would be difficult to tell if this is the case or not with closed source code. that is why i made arrangements with him so that i will not be interpreting whether not he has fulfilled his end of the deal. that will be up to my customers to decide. if they feel that i should release the funds to him when the time comes than I will, if they feel otherwise than i will return the funds to them.
but if i dont remember wrongly, he insisted that the funds be transferred to him before the 22nd or else he couldnt be able to do fund allocation. is that still true?
Unless he changes that arrangement, there's no point in having escrow here.

Please read this important note everyone:
We do not want to get the coins from the early-bird escrowed transactions on or before 22nd February. We want them one day before the final LAUNCH. So we want them AFTER you have participated in an OPEN beta (everyone can participate in it).
I hope that this will clarify the escrow process. I wanted to emphasize this since it is an important note. Could I help you to clear things? Otherwise please ask.
The calculations (who will get what amount of EXO) for all 3 stages are done one day before launch at once and not directly after each stage.
