If I not mistaken, 1xbet is being promoted towards soccer game on the field, like you can sre their banner out there, almost like sbobet so it is somehow big company, so I do not think they are scamming anyone
We don't want to be critical, but that seems a naive line of reasoning. Perhaps the issue is around use of the word "scam"... it can mean different things to different people.
