I think that it's better for his identity to remain a mystery.

People want to know who the real Satoshi is, but there already are individuals who claimed that they are the real Satoshi, and  nobody believed them.
 
How can anyone prove that he is the real one when he hid his identity so well?
Anyone who will try to will be met with skepticism. The more claims, the more unbelievable they become.

Satoshi Nakamoto should remain as he is, unknown.
