Regarding our white paper, it has been done by a consultant and WE WERE NOT AWARE that some parts were plagiarized from other white papers, we will contact immediately our consultant and reword accordingly. However just to let you know that all information given in our white paper described our activities properly and was related to our operations so we didn't think of checking if any text was plagiarized, this didn't even cross our minds but i do agree with you this is not right and will be modify.
For Empirica for example, we were in contact with Piotr Stawinski the director of Empirica and Marek Koza his System Business Analyst, we didn't find any agreement with them to work with their trading engine software so we based our algorithmic trading engine development on the same characteristic features as theirs therefore i guess our consultant used some of the information on their website.
In regards to the picture, the web company we have hired to build the website displayed pictures with some examples and the picture of Brian and two other pictures were supposed to be replaced but they were left on display and others were added, we are sorry for that and the team is now as it should have been in the first place.
In regards to the 20% average monthly profit, in NO CASE we are guaranteeing 240% annual gain, it wouldn't be serious and responsible for us to guarantee such returns and as you can see in each monthly reports we say " Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future performance." and NOWHERE on our website we say that we guarantee 240% annual gain, we simply give our results according to our proven trading activities and track records, and for that record we plan on streaming some of our sessions live.
Also how can you presume we are a ponzi ?? You havent even contacted us, check our trading algorithms, check the profitability, check our track records, see how our algos are deployed on exchanges etc...beyond the mistakes this is very premature to insinuate such thing and to cause huge damage to our company and reputation !
