alright so we can see it is working. but since the OOT payments were supposed to be an incentive, the pay rate should definitely be changed.
nobody wants work for just a peanuts and a pat on the back. are there any plans to adjust the pay rates?
Agree with you, it might sound peanuts at this stage as price is low. Once we get some traction and prices moves up, things will change
We will also increase pay rates as our community grows
We have to keep inflation under control at the same time.
