my question is basically, how to find a team for a project if an idea is already there and a concept written.
Maybe here is someone who has the experience and already a running project and have some tips how to find a good team and start the project.

You can look for folks advertising in the
Services board, or create your own topic in that board. There are plenty of experienced project developers here, but be very careful because there are also plenty of scammers looking to take advantage of people.
