Slightly surprised I didnt see any of the big consultancy firms there. PWC is I believe the one who has most Blockchain developers working for them out of the big consultancy firms. I do understand though that you are focused here on a specific month (August 2019), and that I am considering information that talks about current total amount of hired-hands on blockchain development, thus a different timeframe.
