Guys, what are the best tips to sleep better at night?
I'm sure this has been mentioned before: meditation.
If you need help with that just use a binaural beat to help guide you. Search the web or YT for some beats that resonate with you.
PS: if you're a regular user you can take it to the next level by creating your own binaural beats with a tool like gnaural which is open source: http://gnaural.sourceforge.net. I usually tune them to 4HZ.
