I used to play at Fortunejack with two different devices (Personal Computer and Mobile Phone) and two different internet source (home internet service and regular phone internet service) so it may give different IP addresses, but it should not be a reason for suspecting me as alt account because I used to do it since long time ago and there was no problems at all.
This is not really good choices to make when it comes to use to different ips to gamble. Even though it is the same person that play with different ip but what gambling site see is always different person so I never want to play with different ip. Most site will have the chance to outcome players with this kind of strategy. We should follow this or we will never able to withdraw some big payout from them
As I have said clearly, there was no problem at all since I came to this site and play with different devices. It would be strange if it is now become a problem while it was fine for very long time. AFAIK there is no terms that it is prohibited to play with different devices or even different IP addresses. If users are unable to withdraw just because using different devices so what is the point of having mobile version?
Even if the site judge me as a different person but if it is not connected to other account (s), it should be fine imho because the rule is not to have multi accounts.
Still waiting for my withdrawal, I have contacted support yesterday and they said that they are waiting corresponding information from providers.
Received my withdrawal eventually although it is a bit longer than usual. Thanks
