how could anyone dare to take that risk, there are several ways to get merit, at least be involved in scientific discussions in the forum and provide useful opinions.
You can call him strange member and so are the thousands new members coming in, because they came here for bounties. Merit is not moderated so you are free to give it to anymore. However, how can you give merit to this guy? And I doubt that he can involved in technical discussions, because obviously he or she is here just for bounty campaigns and doesn't want to contribute anything in any discussions.
