Waves is a platform (with the ability to issue assets, smart contracts, built-in exchange, etc).
Litecoin and monero is just a coins. And if monero has a privacy, then litecoin is nothing except... liquidity, maybe.
They have different possibilities.
Waves will not replace ethereum, but it's not worth comparing them with ordinary coins.
