When BTC Bitcoin pumps in 2020 after halving, what effect will it have alt coins? 
Maybe i will focus on ETH, because ETH is altcoin which really can be seen when bitcoin pumped. Maybe if the pattern happen again ETH can be pumped when bitcoin halving come. But this is only my speculation from what already happened. In the otherside, ETH 2,0 (CMIIW) will make different too because it can make ETH increased very much and we can look at it. ethereum 2.0 will be released before halving. if it works then that could be the reason ethereum will also be pumped or impacted by the bitcoin pump. for other altcoins I'm still not sure if it will go up, or it will die.
