Yobit will likely resync in the year 2023 and actually have functional services should they last until then.

Reason I'm wondering is because I want to implement super nodes for SmartCoin, where nodes with 100K+ SMC can set monetary policy and other system wide parameters, with the account balance setting the weight of the vote. So that would mean that the decisions that come from share-weighted voting would basically be in the hands of those top two wallets, if they are online and participating. Have to think about this more though.
