From my experience, Not selling would be another bad idea. A good trader needs to keep rotating his funds among different promising coins.
Similar thing did happened with me. I bought a coin for $0.02 went upto $0.11, I didn't sold but now it's below $0.02 so my profit for waiting 6 months is zero.

but in my opinion if your coins are of good quality, i think you don't need to worry because the price will improve.
