Getting close to 24 hours for security check of my small withdrawal. To be honest I'm so confused why my last withdrawal needs security check while I made some other withdrawals (even bigger amount) during the week but all were processed without any security checks. I deposited, played, and requested the withdrawal like what I did on the previous withdrawals so I think there is no needs for security check because I believe there is nothing to be checked. Even if there is something to check, I dont think it will take too much hours. Or maybe it is because of weekend so you guys dont have enough time to do it fast? Hope to get my withdrawal as soon as possible.
I hate security check, I hate withdrawal manual checking ... although it is intended to protect both sides between the customer and company ... at some point you will always feel disappointed/ pissed off waiting.
When the 2FA activated ... instant withdrawal shouldn't be a problem at all , and regarding the ip address changes ... how if you guys implement a security login whenever user logged in with different ip address.. it requires email confirmation or so.
Also to prevent bonus abuser playing - won - can't withdraw cycle .. what if you guys simply block/freeze them before they even play. So you won't bother with such annoying complaints.
