The announcement is frankly poorly designed. Where is the description of your project? Where is the link to download the wallet? There is a link on the site. but it leads to a cloud service, from which it also fails to download. 
Added coin tech specs to OP; what is the problem you are getting from the cloud service? It works fine here.
